We are so excited to announce the opening of Georgi’s Pizzeria. We have had an influx of questions and curiosity about where HillBillyWilly's went and why a pizzeria. As many of you know and maybe some of you don’t know we are the former owners of HillbillyWilly’s BBQ and Catering in Lookout Valley TN. George was born and raised in Lookout Valley and we loved serving that community. We originally started Hillbillywillys in a little building in Ooltewah and think it’s so cool we are coming full circle by opening Georgis Pizzeria where we started Hillbillywilly’s and Angela was born and raised here. We owned and loved operating our small business serving all of you for over 15 years. Sadly the building we had been operating out of decided to go in another direction completely turning our former space and others around us into a storage facility. When this happened we took it as a sign to take our passion project which was making delicious craft pizzas and turning it into another small business. For all of our BBQ fans have no fear we will have our original secret bbq sauce on our bbq pizza to pay homage to our roots. It will be called the Hillbillywilly's Pizza. We are so excited about this next step in our entrepreneurial journey and humbly ask you to join us as we embark on another small business adventure together.
