After years of feeding Chattanooga and the surrounding region through their beloved HillbillyWillys BBQ & Catering CO., our founders traded in the smokers for pizza ovens- but the heart behind it all never changed.

Now in their bridge years, this husband & wife team are postponing retirement to do what they love most: cooking for their community. What started as a dream became a promise to bring Ooltewah, Collegedale, Chattanooga & everyone in between real, hand tossed artisanal pizza made the way it should be: fresh dough, quality ingredients and a whole lot of heart.

Every pizza is hand tossed and baked fresh to order. Our salads are crisp and tasty, our pastas made fresh daily and our amazing sweet treats are baked fresh each morning because nothing here comes from a shortcut.
